Full justification of text.
Using full justification seems to result in large spaces between words on a
particular line. Is there any way to correct this? |

Full justification is terrible for lines that aren't very long, like
tri-fold brochures, but if you must, and you're willing to fix the "gappy" lines, you can try this: Select the line and hit Format--Font. Choose the Character Spacing tab. From the Spacing dropdown, choose Condensed. Try typing in a value of .25 or .5 or something like that... ******************* ~Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com "Thom" wrote in message ... I have used Tools, Options, Compatibility and then checked Do Full
Justification like Word Perfect. Seems to improve things somewhat. "Thom" wrote in message ... Using full justification seems to result in large spaces between words on a particular line. Is there any way to correct this? |

[mis-formatting of quote fixed free :-) ] Judicious hyphenation. Isn't there a way to tell Word to use letterspacing to achieve justification?
