Default How do I set up a cover sheet for each print job in Outlook?

We have multiple people printing on one network printer and would like a
cover sheet to print with each print job to differentiate between jobs. Can
anyone help?

They do that where I work - and all I can think of is that it's a waste of
paper. I know what my job looks like, I don't need a cover sheet.

This is done through the printer control panel. Nothing to do with Word at
all.
