Default Forms - using track changes

I've made a form in word 2003 with different functions for ticking boxes and
field for writing text. When someone fills it out i would like to give go
throuh it and send them my suggested changes with the "track changes"
function. But this function is not activated in the textfields in my form.
Also it is impossible to cut text from one textfield in the form and paste to
another. Can I use another type of textfields to be allowed to use this
functions or can I lock the dokument in a different way to obtain the same?

I need a real expert here!
