Default WORD OPTION BUTTON

I have installed Office 2007. In Word 2007 the Word Option button
opens but I can not select any of the options listed. It is stuck on
the "Popular" section only. Does anyone have a fix?

Assuming that Word has been activated, and that it is not an expired trial
version, you may want to take a look at
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/apperrors/missingmenusetc.htm.
