2. Did you look at the available templates within Word or at Microsoft's
website?

Hi JoAnn,

FWIW, if a Word 2003 user goes to Word help and clicks on the link for
"Get answers from other users"
what they get is a one line input box for their question that says
"Please ask your question in a brief sentence (4-10 words):"

This launches the search wizard. Often it will find either no match or 100 g and the two choices are to search again or [Post
your question].
If they choose the post option, it's not entirely obvious that they need to change anything or elaborate on it before posting for it
to show up in this group especially if the started from the 'Ask a Question' box on the top of the Word 2003 menu bar.
