Import data from Excel into a two column page in word
I am creating a brocure using columns in word. I am trying to get the data
from an excel sheet into one column of the brocure but if I do a direct copy and past it showes the table lines and if I tell it to paste the data only it screws up the font size and formating. How can I get the data in its same format without the table lines into my word document? I am using Office XP but have access to Office 2003 if I need it. |

Hi Jami425,
After doing a copy from Excel, choose Edit, Paste Special, Unformatted Text in Word. That should work. Cheers, Annie "jami425" wrote: I am creating a brocure using columns in word.
