My permission's icon on the toolbar is grayed out. How do I make it
live?

Is this true in all documents? What version of Word do you have? Which
edition (Standard, Pro, SBE, etc.)?

Hi Susan,

It is true for all documents using Word 2003 SP2. Also, there is no
permission menu item under File.

I believe I asked what SKU of Word you have. Some editions of Word 2003 do
not have this feature.

The Standard edition does not have that particular feature. See the IRM
