Using an Access 'Or' query in a mailmerge, Word 2003 does not see the data.

Is that a UNION query (in the underlying SQL)? if so (and even if it isn't),
you will probably have to switch the way Word connects back to the old DDE method - check Word Tools|Options|General|Confirm conversion at open, go through the data source connection process agin and choose DDE when offered.
