Default text in a border and can't make changes -after pasting it, why?

I copied and moved some text to a new page - it is now encased in a border
when I try to make changes and it won't allow me to - what did I do?

Look in the Borders and Shading dialog box to see if the text has been
formatted with a border line. If not, could you have pasted the text into a
table cell, frame, or text box?
