Default copying inside of the table

When copying rows inside the table, they become "multilevel" - in the same
row text becomes higher in one column, but lower in the other. Sometimes I
can fix it by deleting the extra space, but sometimes even that doesn't work.
It is very annoying in any case. Please help!

When you paste, make sure that you have a paragraph mark or the end-of-cell
marker selected. Otherwise you're likely pasting a paragraph in addition to
the existing one, which is what causes the discrepancy. Displaying
nonprinting characters will help you identify this problem.
