Endnotes begin half way down the page
I cannot force endnotes to begin at the top of their pages. This wastes much
space. Any advice would be appreciated. |

Endnotes begin half way down the page
This may reflect weird formatting of the Endnote Separator and Endnote
Continuation Separator, or it could have something to do with some of the endnotes being formatted as "Keep with next," or it could reflect a setting other than Top for vertical alignment (Page Setup | Layout). -- Suzanne S.
