Page format code alway displayed on page
I have a document that is published annually now updated from Word 03 to Word
07. Apparently, the following is always displayed...but not in print preview: {PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT} how do I hide this code or see the page layout in the print preview format? -- Suzanne Russell Executive Assistant to CFO Leon County Schools Tallahassee, Florida |

It's a toggle -- each time you press it, it switches between field codes and field results. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
