Default macro

I created a macro in a document and sent it to another user,
but the macro is not there. How do I create a macro and someone else opens
it and it be available for them to use. Thanks,

First of all you need to make sure that you actually saved the macro in the
document itself and not in Normal.dot (which is the default save location).
But if the recipient has macro security set to High, the macro will be
disabled without any possibility of the user's enabling it.
