Default How to add synonyms suggestions

In Word 2003, you take your mouse over the synonym and click the down arrow
that appears as part of the synonym. The options are to Insert, Copy or
Lookup. Select the appropriate response for your situation.

In Word 2002 and 2000, select the Replace button.
