Default How do I get rid of frames on all word documents?

I am having a problem with all existing and new Word documents. In each
corner I can see what looks like a backwards "L" in the upper left hand
corner, an "L" in the upper right corner, and the same character (only upside
down) on the bottom. I can't seem to delete them, and they don't appear to
be in the header or footer. They also can't be eliminated in the "border"
section. I even uninstalled office XP and reinstalled, but these "L's" are
still there. Any idea about how to get rid of them?

See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=839371 "Margin marks or
crop marks appear on each corner of the page when you open a
document in Word 2002 or in Word 2003".
