Mail Merge Recipients "edit" button is disable
If this is Word 2007, have you tried selecting the name of the data source
(in the "Data Source" box at the bottom left of the Mail Merge Recipients dialog box)? Does the Edit button become available then? Otherwise, what is your data source? -- Peter Jamieson http://tips.pjmsn.me.uk "Leonard" wrote in message ... I am tying to edit my envelope address list.
