Word freezes my computer
While working on a document Word gets behind my typing. I have to stop and
wait for it to catch up. It will do this a few times. Then Word will freeze my laptop computer altogether. The cursor disappears. The Word document stays on the screen. Control/Alt/Delete does nothing. I have to hold down the power button to turn off the computer and then start it again to get back to work. Does anyone have an idea how to correct this? I scanned for viruses and spyware. Nothing was there. I defragged my hard drive. The symptoms continue. |
