Default Word wont go back to default printer

Hi All,

I have printer A set as default printer in Windows.

In Word when I print and change the printer to Printer B it works but then
if I open the print dialogue box again it is still on B not the default of A.

I basically want it to always go back to default printer no matter what I
last picked

Any suggestions?

Thanks All

Word retains the last used printer until it is restarted and then the
default printer is chosen. If you want to change that you will need a
macro - see http://www.gmayor.com/fax_from_word.htm for some ideas.
