To capture a picture of the entire screen, press the Print Screen key on the
keyboard. To capture only the active window, press and hold the Alt key while you press Print Screen. You can the paste the picture into e.g. Word. -- Regards Lene Fredborg DocTools - Denmark www.thedoctools.com Document automation - add-ins, macros and templates for Microsoft Word "voddybull" wrote: Can't remember how to do it and have an exam coming up, can't find it any of my books; I know it's easy, but it has escaped my poor memory!!! |
