Hi,
each time a create new label (in my case "Photo"), it doesn't appear
available the next time I open Word. The photos keep showing the captions I
added earlier but if I add a new Photo, the caption €œPhoto€� doesnt appear in
the available captions, forcing me to create this new label every day!

Any help?

It appears that you are not saving normal.dot on closing Word (or your IT
support replaces it when you log in).
