Default Address fields from excel to word

Hello
I've managed to figure out the mail merge thing in order to print labels but
can't see how to print a 4 line address. The word doc will only show 3 lines.
I want the labels to read:

name (organization)
location (building)
address
state, zip

Is three lines the maximum?

Thanks for any help. : )

If you insert the individual fields you can have as many lines as you have
space for on the label
