Address fields from excel to word
Hello
I've managed to figure out the mail merge thing in order to print labels but can't see how to print a 4 line address. The word doc will only show 3 lines. I want the labels to read: name (organization) location (building) address state, zip Is three lines the maximum? Thanks for any help. : ) |

If you insert the individual fields you can have as many lines as you have
space for on the label See http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm (and http://www.gmayor.com/formatting_word_fields.htm ) -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org dij wrote: Hello I've managed to figure out the mail merge thing in order to print labels but can't see how to print a 4 line address.
