My documents are printing 1/3 their size.
Our company upgraded to Word 2003 several months ago. Occasionally someone
will print out a document (8 x 11 paper, arial 12 pt) and it prints as if the document has been reduced down to 1/3 it's nomal size in the upper left corner of the page. What may have caused this? We can open the document on a different competer and it prints fine. The printer is set to print at 100% and draft output box is not checked. |

In Word, click on File | Print. Make sure the "Pages per sheet"
option is set to 1, and the "Scale to paper size" option is set to No Scaling. Nancy wrote: Our company upgraded to Word 2003 several months ago.
