Default widow & orphan control with columns

I am creating an address directory merge with 3 columns in Word 2007. Is
there any way to keep the addresses at the end of each column together? The
program is separating the addresses at the end of the column and putting some
of the lines into the next column.

Thanks for your help.

In the first column of the mail merge main document, insert a one row one
cell table and insert the merge fields into that cell in the configuration
that you want. Via the tables menu, format the row so that it will not
break across pages.
