sorting of subtopics
Hi
I'm a translator and I need to sort an index to a book. I have marked the main topics by a return, and woord 2003 has no problem sorting them. I have marked the sub topics by a "soft return" (shift+return). and here the problem comes up, because the sorting-function can find no seperators. I have tried to search the soft returns, to replace them with hard returns in the subtopics, but it seems that I can't get the search and replace-function to do this. Is there anybody out there, who can help me? I'll be very grateful. Niels Krohn |
