Default [synchro]Offline work

Hi everybody,

have you heard about a tool/product able to help the resynchronisation of a
Word doc changed offline, but in a fine grain way. I mean: give the end user
a view of what has been changed, and allow him/her to choose to
keep/undo/merge each modified item. This could be done using the "revision
toolbox"...
