I write reports for a company, I have 2007 and 2003, they have just 2003. When they open a doument I email to them it often pushes the text down the page by one or two lines which spoils my presentation. It sometimes means it creates a new page at the end. How can I stop this happening?

PDF isnt an option as they may want to edit the doc. I save the docs as 2003 and they are ok on my machine in both 2003 and 2007

Is it because we use different printers?

Any help please ..
