prevent printing (not fullproof)
I am distributing documents internally and prefer people don't print. I
have read in the forums there is no "fullproof" method but I am just looking for a simple disable. Equivalent to locking a form without a password. I have gone into the word document properties but can't see any setting. thanks. Daniel |

This is not possible in Word - the best you can manage is to use a protected
PDF format (for which you will need third party software), but even that can be circumvented by someone who knows what he is doing. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org wrote: I am distributing documents internally and prefer people don't print.
