orphan repeating table header
How do you prevent a repeating table header from being the only row at the
bottom of a page, without entering a page break? I want an automatic solution to this because entering a page break or extra blank lines manually could cause odd page breaks if the text befor the table changes in length. |

A table heading row (repeating or otherwise) should always be formatted as
