Default Email merge hyperlink issue

Using: Word/Outlook 2003

Trying to merge a letter with 4 different hyperlinks in it. (different
spots, not all together) When we test send it out, two of the hyperlinks
change fonts from Verdana to Times New Roman. We have used styles, and set
the styles to ALL be Verdana, but two of the hyperlinks refuse. (stubborn
things) They all look fine in Word, but when they arrive in the Outlook
email, they've changed.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

As you have no control over how the recipient has their email program set,
(read all messages in plain text for instanct) it is not worth worrying
about.

Hope this helps.

I agree that we don't have a lot of control, but before we do a large scale
mailing, we take the time to test it on different platforms/different email
clients/etc. to see if we've fixed all "obvious" errors. As this email is
coming from a corporation - not just a friend - and we've taken the time to
enhance it graphically, we would really like to be able to fix something as
oddball as a hyperlink that changes fonts on it's own. Any suggestions?

Thank you!
