I need to put on the bottom of my form the name of the form and when it was
last updated. I can't figure out how. |

You could use a SAVEDATE or PRINTDATE field. With the former, you have to be
careful not to resave when prompted if the only change is "Update Fields" (which will happen when you print) -- Suzanne S.
