mailto in document and attach
I want to insert a hyperlink to email the document that the hyperlink is in.
The document is a test on our web site that people can fill out their responses and then email to our office for grading. I want to make it as easy as possible, so I inserted a hyperlink mailto at the bottom of the test. How can I automatically attach the test when this hyperlink comes up, and also insert "test" into the subject field? |

Hi ?B?bWFyeSBhbm5l?=,
I want to insert a hyperlink to email the document that the hyperlink is in. The document is a test on our web site that people can fill out their responses and then email to our office for grading. I want to make it as easy as possible, so I inserted a hyperlink mailto at the bottom of the test. How can I automatically attach the test when this hyperlink comes up, and also insert "test" into the subject field? I'm guessing you'd need to use a macro to handle the "extras" you want. Best place to pursue this would be one of the word.vba newsgroups. Be sure to mentino the version of Word and the type of email program your company is using.
