I have a serious problem and I cant seem to get rid of it!

When I type my email in html OR rich text format a extra space is added to
each line. I dont know whats causing this. For exampel If i have a five
sentence paragraph when i receive the mail its ten sentences - with five
blanks. I have tried everything and it doesnt seem to work - except for
pressing SHIFT + Enter Every time.....I dont want to press Shift + Enter on
every single line! Pls help!

You're not supposed to hit enter unless you're beginning another format.
