Default Mailing labels Word 2000

I am making labels using Word 2000 Mail Merge and an Excel spread sheet .
Some labels have more lines in than others, (more complex address) even
though I put all the merge fields in some of my labels , have the last line
missing , how do I cope with This
Regards E

You will need all of the mergefields in all of the labels, not just some of
them.

Hope this helps.

In create labels dialogue box -insert Merge field, this comes up with a
copy of the first label ( with angle brackets etc )that has to be sorted out
but does not give an option of more fields than the first label has, How do
I overcome this Regards E

I don't understand what you are saying. You MUST have all of the
mergefields on ALL of the labels.

In the first row of your Excel spreadsheet, you MUST have a field name for
each column that MAY contain data

Those field names are the mergefields that you MUST have on every label of
the data source.
