Default in my word document somw vertical lines on the extreme right appea

there are some vertical lines on the right side of the document it prevents
the reference page from being printed please tell me how to remove those lines

Which version of Word is this?

My first guess would be that change tracking was once (or still is) active in
this document and the changes have not been accepted/rejected. Further, that
you're printing the document with changes (instead of the "finished" version).
But without knowing which version of Word we're dealing with, I can't tell you
how to check my theory...
