Adding more options to watermark list
Is there any way you can add more text options to the drop down list that is
provided for watermarks. There are 10 watermarks, Draft, Do Not Copy, etc. and I know you can just type your own text, but can you "permanently" add to this list? Thanks -- Christina L. |

Adding more options to watermark list
No, you can't add to the list. But you can type your own text, click OK to
insert it, then select the watermark (you have to double-click the header area to be able to select) and press Alt+F3 to make it into an AutoText entry. See http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Custom...n/AutoText.htm. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
