I cropped a picture and saved under it's own name then I accidentally saved
it again under the original picture that was not cropped. Is there any way
to recover the original picture?

I had also had the original picture in a word document then cut it from the
file - is it out there somewhere? (There are not items on my clipboard - can
they be recovered?)
