Default making a letter template

This is probably very simple task...
Im making a letter template with the normal information in the top:
Company name
Address
Post code and City
Att.: Name

Below that the user type their letter.

But I would like it if I could lock the top information Comapny name,
address, post code etc. etc. so when the user opens the template he will
start on top of company name and start typing and move down to address using
his TAB key and only when the user is jumping out of that table he gets full
access to typing the letter how the users wants it to be.

Is there a way to do that ? I dont want the whole document to be locked, but
if thats the only way maybe some of you have a way ?

hope question is understood.

Lars

You start by putting the letterhead in the header; see
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/Letterhead.htm. For a letter, I wouldn't
advise a protected form, even one with unprotected sections, because that is
too restrictive. Instead, you might find that it works just as well to
include some MacroButton fields for data input (see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFm...croButton.htm). You can't use
Tab to advance from one to the next, but F11 works. Alternatively, you
could create a UserForm for data entry (this is the technique used by Word's
Letter Wizard); see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Userforms/CreateAUserForm.htm.
