Default Does Word have information on writing papers in APA format?

The question in my subject line and how I get headers and page numbers to

If you go to "View", "Headers and Footers" and use Autotext to insert the
page number, it should continue on every page as a default. Also, you
shortened title will appear on every page if you use it as a header and you
don't have to worry about screwing anything up if you make changes later.
