How do I turn off this feature in Word 2007. Everthing I do in Word is being
{Hyperlinked} if I combine documents and click the arrow to select my
document I have a list of every document I 've opened or cut and pasted. How
do I delete or remove those extra files?

This sounds like two separate issues to me? If you are seeing hyperlink
fields instead of the actual hyperlinks, press Alt+F9 to hide the field
codes.

As far as the Combine Documents dialog box is concerned, note that the drop
down lists in the dialog show the documents that are currently open as well
as the documents from the list of recent files in Word. To reduce the number
of entries in the lists, set the number of recent files to zero (in Word
Options, Advanced category).
