Default picture of start menu

How do you copy and paste a pictograph of the Start Menu == Settings ==
Printers and Faxes menu tree in a Word document? I need to create some
documentation for users, but would like to be very precise about how it is
done. Thank you in advance.

msash25,
You can use PrintScreen (whole screen) or Alt+PrintScreen (current window)
to capture the screen. Then paste it into any editing program and edit it if
necessary, you can even use Paint to do that.
Personally I use SnagIt for such a job which allows you to capture precisely
what you want.

Another alternative which I have used for a couple of years is "screenshot".
Very happy with it.
