Does anyone know how to surpress blank lines within Word 2003, when you are
trying to do a Mail Merge with Address Fields. Without this facility you cannot guarantee the document remaining on one page. Many thanks Marcus |

You should find that Word behaves that way by default, as longas you don't
have any other (typed) content on the line. IOW: First Last Address1 Address2 City, State Zip If a record has no Address2 info, the City-State-Zip line will shift up. However; First Last Address1 Address2, PO Box City, State Zip The City-State-Zip line will _not_ shift up even if there is no content in Address2 or PO Box because of the comma & space typed between the two fields. I believe this also works only if you end the lines with paragraph breaks
rather than line breaks (which I prefer). -- Suzanne S.
