when i type
Dear Sir and press enter twice.Dear Sir goes bigger and bold.

"Dear Sir" is a heading. And pressing Enter twice is a no-no; use Spacing
After instead.

Default TYPE DEAR SIR PRESS ENTER TWICE TYPE GOES BIG AND BOLD

Try undoing the "Auto Format" by hovering the cursor over the word/phrase
until a blue box appears under it. When that happens, if you mouse over the
blue box the "Autocorrect options" box should appear and you can select "Undo
Automatic Format" from the list.
