Access and Word Merge
When I merge a query that has 888 records to Word in a mail merge, the merge
shows 0 records. Anyone know where to begin???? Haven't had this problem before. Same query, same letter from last year, changed to XP. Help would be greatly appreciated. |

Access and Word Merge
Probably - from the Tools menu, select Options and then on the General tab,
check the box against "Confirm conversions at open" Then when you attach the datasource to the main document you will be prompted for the way in which the connection should be made. Try the DDE option. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Access and Word Merge
It didn't help. But I found out the problem, although Access has no problem
with a wildcard in the critera, Word didn't like it. Once I got rid of the wildcat, it worked fine. Thanks "Doug Robbins - Word MVP" wrote in message ... Access and Word Merge
Just had to NOT use a wildcard in the query.
