A client has an annoying problem

Every time they load Word 2003 from Windows XP it tells them it is preparing
to istall. This shows up for maybe 5 seconds, then nothing, then it loads as
normal. No other apps are affected.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled bu it stays the same

I have since found out this is happening on this account on every other
machine so is an account problem and not a machine problem
