How do you use the Replace Tool in Word to get rid of all spaces in a
paragraph or selected range? Thanks EM |

Removing Spaces with Replace
Select the paragraph or other text. Press Ctrl+H. Put a space into the Find
what: field, and leave Replace with: empty. Click Replace All, but say No when prompted about whether to search outside the selection.
