Default Merge Document Fields

Is it possible (and easy) to generate a list of all the merge fields in a
document.

(Word 2000 and XP)

Thanks,

Rob Lepper

I have discovered that an on screen list can be generated by Alt+Shift+F,
but what I want is a printed (or printable) list.

Thanks,
