Default How to change list of "insert" signatures or content?

I have a number of signatures I use regularly. Since creating them about 2
years ago I have been unable to change them or add others for the Insert
Autotext function. Can anyone help me?

Hi ?B?TUogT3R0YXdh?=,

I have a number of signatures I use regularly. Since creating them about 2
years ago I have been unable to change them or add others for the Insert
Autotext function.

Which version of Word are you using? Can you describe what command you're
using to insert these signatures?
