Default Folding lines

I have a A4 size of paper that I want to divide into 3 equal sizes to be fold
by lines or prefer dots at top and botten. It's to be folded on the short
site (landscape)
How can I divide and print those dots or lines in word?

You can use the tools in the Drawing toolbar to create the lines. And probably
the tools in the Format dialog box would be best for positioning them exactly
where you need them. (Since you don't tell us which version of Word you're
using, I can't give you the exact command path to follow...)
