Page too wide
I have cut and pasted a word document I received via email that prints
perfectly in its original format which is 8 1/2 x 11. I saved the document and have modified it on my laptop and it automatically shrinks the text and adds 2-3 inches on the right margin. I have adjusted the margin settings, etc however nothing changes. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Doug |

Your laptop (or document) either may have changes being tracked or hidden
comment fields. Try Markup on the View menu to access / approve / delete comments. Also try clicking Show on the Reviewing toolbar. I've experienced your consternation myself in a large document in which someone inserted a marginal comment near the end. Once I reviewed and deleted the comments, the aspect ratio of my pages returned to normal.
