Default Adding page numbers

Have a document in Word 2003 and like to add a number of pages (3) to front
of document without page numbers and without disturbing the page numbers of
the document

Copy and paste, but it will most likely change the page numbering unless you
add "breaks" to your document. I hope this has been helpful.

Insert a section break between your new pages and the existing ones, then go
to Format Page Number in Section 2 and select "Start at 1." For more, see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...rontMatter.htm. Note that you
will need to unlink the header/footer in Section 2 from Section 1 if you
want to omit numbering in Section 1.
